Workplace Conduct
2.1 Appropriate Behaviors
At Invenzis, we treat each other with respect and work to build an inclusive, safe, and collaborative environment. Every employee has a responsibility to behave professionally and ethically.
2.2 Inappropriate Behaviors
We do not tolerate conduct that affects the well-being, dignity, or productivity of individuals. Examples of inappropriate behaviors are listed below:

Disrespectful behavior or verbal harassment:
• Yelling or insulting a person or their work.
• Using derogatory or humiliating language.
Deliberate exclusion:
• Continuously isolating colleagues from work activities.
Malicious rumors:
• Intentionally spreading rumors to damage a colleague’s reputation.
Cultural inconsideration:
• Inappropriate comments or mockery about cultural differences.
Physical or visual harassment:
• Offensive jokes, inappropriate materials, or unwanted physical contact.
Abuse of authority:
• Demanding personal tasks or using a hierarchical position to intimidate. Threats or violence:
• Physical or verbal intimidation, direct or indirect.
Sexual harassment:
• Insinuations, unwanted physical contact, repeated requests for personal encounters.
Chapter 3:
Conflicts of Interest
3.1 Definition
A conflict of interest arises when an employee’s personal, family, or external interests interfere with the interests of Invenzis or affect their ability to make objective decisions.
3.2 Specific Examples
The following are situations that could constitute a conflict of interest:
Personal relationships in employment decisions:
• Influencing the hiring or evaluation of a family member or close friend.
Personal investments:
• Having financial interests in a client, supplier, or competitor.
External employment:
• Working for a competitor, client, or supplier outside of work hours, unless previously agreed upon.
Misuse of information:
• Using confidential Invenzis information for personal gain or the benefit of third parties.
Participation in external boards:
• Being a member of the board of directors of an organization that may compete with Invenzis without proper authorization.
Personal relationships with suppliers:
• Involvement in the selection of a supplier related to a family member or close friend.
Misuse of resources:
• Using company assets or information for personal purposes.
3.3 How to Act in the Event of a Conflict
Disclosure: Report any potential conflict to your supervisor or to Management.
Authorization: Seek approval before undertaking activities that may generate conflicts.
Compliance: Follow the established restrictions to mitigate risks.
Chapter 4:
Legal Compliance and Anti-Corruption
4.1 Compliance with Laws
We comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
4.2 Anti-Corruption Policies
We prohibit bribery and the acceptance of gifts, meals, entertainment, or travel that could be interpreted as attempts to influence decisions. Reasonable end-of-year gifts as a thank you from customers are excepted.
We report any suspected fraud.

Invenzis guarantees confidentiality and prohibits retaliation against those who report in good faith.
